SuperStashed Terms of Service
Effective Date: January 18, 2025
Welcome to SuperStashed! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our luggage storage services provided at partner locations (“Services”). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
- About Us: SuperStashed offers short-term luggage storage services at partner locations. Storage is available for a flat fee of $4.49 USD per bag, per day (24 hours).
- Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
- Luggage Requirements:
- Each bag must not exceed 25 kg in weight and must be of a reasonable size that fits within the storage capacity of our partner locations.
- Prohibited Items: Bicycles, oversized luggage, or items with unusual shapes that cannot be safely stored are not allowed.
- Unclaimed Luggage Policy: If contact cannot be established within 48 hours after the scheduled pickup time, the bag will be considered abandoned. SuperStashed will make reasonable efforts to contact the user (via email and/or phone). If the user provides proof of an unavoidable delay within this period, they may extend storage for an additional fee. Otherwise, abandoned bags may be donated, discarded, or handled at SuperStashed’s discretion.
- Prohibited Items: The following items are strictly prohibited:
- Firearms, ammunition, explosives, and weapons.
- Illegal drugs or controlled substances.
- Perishable food or beverages.
- Hazardous materials, including chemicals and flammable substances.
- Items that emit strong odors.
- Stolen goods or items that violate local laws.
Bags containing prohibited items will be rejected, and authorities may be contacted if necessary. SuperStashed and its Partners reserve the right to inspect, in your presence, all items deposited in connection with the Services and to reject any prohibited items or other items that, at the reasonable discretion of SuperStashed or its Partners, pose a danger to the Partner, their staff, other Customers, or the public. SuperStashed and its Partners may hand over to authorities any item whose possession, storage, delivery, or transport may violate applicable laws. If a Partner rejects your item, you must contact SuperStashed immediately at info@superstashed.com.
- Payments and Cancellations:
- Payments: Payments must be made in advance through our online platform. Payments are not accepted at partner locations.
- Cancellations: Refunds are issued as SuperStashed credits for future use only if the cancellation request is made at least 24 hours before the start of the reservation. To initiate a refund, contact us within the specified period via email at info@superstashed.com.
- Limitation of Liability: At SuperStashed, we work hard to ensure your belongings remain safe while stored at our partner locations. However, please note that we cannot assume liability for lost, stolen, or damaged items. By using our Services, you acknowledge and accept that storage is at your own risk. If you have concerns about the value or security of your belongings, we recommend refraining from storing highly valuable or irreplaceable items.
- Dispute Resolution: All disputes will be governed by the laws of Colombia. Legal actions must be filed in the jurisdiction where the Services were provided.
